3 Beauty Hacks
As Sechoir's Beauty Director as well as Lead Makeup Artist on TV shows like Guys Grocery Games and Skin Wars: Fresh Paint I have a few tricks up my sleeve to keep my clients looking fresh and ready for action.
1: Set your concealer. For the most natural and bright-eyed look, add an under eye primer to your arsenal. There's nothing worse than a dry under eye. Caking on and over-working products can actually enhance any impurities or wrinkles you may have. Keep it hydrated and pop an eye primer on after you've completed your eye makeup, before applying your concealer. My favorite is Smashbox Photo Finish Hydrating Under Eye Primer.
2: The new cheek. We've seen the Kardashian contour but they've grown up and so have we. Makeup trends in 2016 are leaning towards a more natural look. Try using Urban Decay's Naked Illuminated Shimmering Powder for Face and Body in the "Luminous" shade. Simply dust cheeks to create the perfect youthful glow. Bonus, it’s for the body too!
3: Clean face, cleaner you. Something amazing happened to me when I first used this makeup remover. And you know what? It still happens, every time I use it. La Roche Posay Solution Micellaire Physiologique makes my skin feel cleaner and look better than any other remover out there. Added bonus - there is no left over residue. The perfect prep for your skincare routine.
