New Year, New Nails
Today I’m heading out for my 'first of the season’ manicure. Just kidding! I’m laying on my couch, sick as a dog dreaming of my next move. 'Tis the season for post-holiday-party germs.
Not only are my hands in dire need of some help (everyone suffers from dry hands and nails this time of year) but I am so inspired by these two mega babe manicurists, Miss Pop and Alicia Torello. They killed it! Two completely different styles and stunning in their own way. Here we have two natural tone looks – Nude Lace and The Deep V.
So whether you are an all natural girl, the more daring damsel or somewhat in between, I’ve got you covered. Straight from two different designers' runway shows right onto your very own hands.
Manicurist Miss Pop designed these Nude lace-effect nails for Erin Fetherston’s 2016 Spring Collection
Manicurist Alicia Torello designed this seductive Deep V nail art design, aptly named "Tough Glamour" for Cushnie Et Ochs Spring 2016 collection.
It's best to hit the salon to achieve these looks, but if you're feeling creative, I love these similar polish colors here, here, and here. The OPI Privacy Please is best for Miss Pop's Lace look, and Essie's Wicked & Romper Room are best for the Alicia Torello Tough Glamour deep V look. Have fun!
